Let me tell you what is VERY important in an f&b outlet. COMMUNICATION. If an organisation has too many haeds, and communication DOESNT go ard at all, what kinda screwed up organisation is tht ANYWAY. thanks alot, for totally hecking care about me and my sister as new staff.. From the first day, which was yesterday, we werent even so fussed over like the way a new staff should. We didnt feel welcome. Then there's no food coz we didnt work more than x number of hours. THX, but you suck big time. pay so low and so little work. Byu the time i earn anything, i'd have spent more than tht just to get to and fro work, and eat out. Who bitches about thier own pple on the first day of knowing a new staff? Even the old staff STILL dont feel comfortable working there. 'NUFF said.
